• To find out availability, contact us using the form below.
• Booking is very simple, you just need to fill out the form below precisely.A ll the information sent is confidential and is only used to write the rental contract.
• You’ll receive the final contract by e-mail, which will also give you all the final details for paying the 50% down payment. Your booking is secure once you have paid the down payment. The full amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
• Failure to settle unpaid dues or the security deposit upon arrival will cancel the booking. All sums paid will be forfeited.
• We recommend to you payment by credit card using paypal, or wire transfer.
• The apartment is non smoking and pets are forbidden, except by previous written approval by owner.
